1. General Policy

At Travel Delux, we strive to provide our clients with seamless travel experiences. Because our services involve third-party providers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators, refund eligibility and timelines are subject to the policies of those providers as well as Travel Delux’s own terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

• Cancellations by the Customer:

  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator.

  • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or carry cancellation fees.

  • Travel Delux service fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellations by Travel Delux or Suppliers:

  • If Travel Delux or one of our partners cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered either a full refund or rebooking at no additional charge.

  • If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., weather, government restrictions, pandemics), refunds will follow the policies of the suppliers.

• Unused Services:

  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of travel packages once the trip has begun.

3. Processing of Refunds

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to clientsupport@traveldeluxco.com.

• Refunds will be processed after confirmation from the relevant supplier(s).

• Processing times vary but may take 2–8 weeks depending on the supplier.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Travel Delux booking and service fees

• Travel insurance policies (unless canceled within the insurer’s review period)

• Special promotions, discounted packages, or non-refundable rates clearly stated at booking

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel Delux strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as illness, trip interruption, cancellations, or emergencies.

6. Changes & Rebooking

In many cases, instead of a refund, suppliers may allow rebooking or issuing a travel credit. Travel Delux will assist you in exploring these options whenever possible.
